Intensity and recovery time tennis activity

I have been playing tennis games wearing my Epix Pro Gen 2 for a few months now. One thing that stands out is the insane intensity and recovery time metrics given by Garmin for Tennis activities.

For example today:

  • 3 hours played
  • 141 bpm average
  • 5.0 aerobic and 5.0 anaerobic 
  • 728 exercise load
  • 86 hours recovery time

Do more people see these trends for their tennis activities? Intrek like the intensity data is a bit over the top. 

  • I think it is not specific to tennis. 5/5 in training effect means you over-powered, with a penalty of 4 days recovery time.

    I did long distance hikes in the past where I had this multiple days in a row. But recovery time is never more than 4 days. After 10 days of walking I was down to about 30 hours  Grinning
