When will ECG be available in Canada?

I understand Epix Pro has ECG support but its disable as soon as my region is set to Canada. Does Garmin have any plans for making it available here?

Hello. Canada is now included in the regional compatibility for device that support ECG.

Bump on this question. Looks like the ECG was actually approved as a medical device by Health Canada in Dec 2024 but there's been no official announcement. So what are we waiting for?
