Etupes25 is 100% correct. Unfortunately outside of MoveIQ, there is not a way to have an activity auto start.
Yes and no. With moveIQ turned on, the watch will detect you walking, biking or other activity with some level of accuracy without you having to start an activity.
But the moveIQ activities are not saved…

Yes and no. With moveIQ turned on, the watch will detect you walking, biking or other activity with some level of accuracy without you having to start an activity.
But the moveIQ activities are not saved as the other timed activities. So you will see the timing on your HR timeline, or your calendar (I think) for example, but not in your list of activities. A consequence of this is that you will not see the specific metrics, charts you can see in timed activities.
