For the past year or so I have this issue where Garmin Connect app is connected to the device, but smart notifications are not coming to the Epix gen2 watch.
I use Xiaomi 12, and there is a guide how to make all those background restricting settings which I did and double check multiple time during this last year.
Recenty I found that to get the notification back working I have to force stop Garmin Connect, and restart it. However I also noticed that when I open Garmin Connect, the data seems to be in sync. Here is a quick video demonstrating this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=Vm51xM3H20w
Restarting the app will last from a few hours to a few days and then I will start noticing that notifications are not going through again adn will restart it. On everage 4-5 times a week.
Any ideas on how I can approach sorting this out?
Things I tyied:
Restarting my mobile phone, restarting garmin watch, going through the Garmin guide to remove background restrictions, set auto start etc. to Garmin Connect.
