Epix Pro System Software 17.20

Dear all,

Just a message to say thank you for the product and the quick software updates. Im absolutely convinced we, the customers, love the support and the firmware updates / fixes / improvements.

I already have this update on my epix 2 pro now, just some minutes after the forum post!

I updated mine to 17.20 but the timezone is all out of whack after the update. Have you noticed?

Hi, are you enrolled into Beta Program ?

it wasn't announced to Pro (already available to standard "without ECG") but saw users feedback that it is delivered to Pro models with ECG available ...

I don’t know? No time issues here but I’m not sure if know what u mean. (I don’t use / haven’t used different time zones).

No beta program. ECG is not available in Europe

Anyone experiencing sync issue with the connect app after updating to v17.20? My Epix crashes (reboot itself) every time try to sync with the phone.

Not here.. updated the app too? Restarted watch? If nothing helps try Garmin customer service or if u don’t mind a reset. Make sure u keep your data.

I have the same problem. I called customer support today and was told they know about the problem and have stopped distribution of 17.20 until it's fixed. Hopefully fixed by early next week but nothing guaranteed.

Worst part: there was no way to go back to an earlier version so stuck without syncing until the bug(s) is/are removed.
