3 issues to report since the last firmware update 16.22

I have three bugs to report since the 16.22 firmware update :

1. The USB connection between the Basecamp software and the watch no longer works. The message that appears is the following :

Un problème de connexion avec l’appareil Garmin s’est produit EPIX […] Veuillez contacter l’assistance client de Garmin pour obtenir de l’aide.

Consequence : waypoints, routes and tracks are no longer accessible, it is impossible to transfer new ones without using Garmin Connect or Garmin Explore. It's annoying because the possibilities are really limited.

2. The battery is plummeting between 15% and 20% per day …

3. An older problem, a display bug: when the temperature is displayed, the little circle which expresses the degrees is not in the right place, it is too low, it should be higher, in superscript. I'm nitpicking but before it was well displayed !

  • I’ve also observed a battery drain since this update!

  • 1. After some research on the web, I read that some people registered in the beta program were able to resolve their connection problem with the Basecamp software since installing the latest beta firmware (17.15). I signed up for the beta program, updated and now have access to all my waypoints, tracks and courses from Basecamp, without the error message !

    2. For the moment, apart from deactivating certain sensors I don't see what I can do, so I am keeping my fingers crossed for an improvement in the future update.

    3. I'm going to upload a screenshot to show the little problem I'm having. As a reminder, this is the small circle which represents the degrees for the temperature. It is not displayed in the right place, it is too low… (See photo)

    Wrong display :

    Suggestion :

  • The problem encountered with the battery seems to have been resolved since update 17.20 !

    THANKS …
