RE: Can't see music info

The control is working on my Epix Pro. But it doesn't show the titles anymore. So that's quite useless if you're searching for a certain song in the Playlist.

I think that this issue came up with the 16.22 update. Is there any version control and quality check for the software at Garmin?

They're using their customers as paying beta testers. I can't understand that some people in this forum are happy with this situation!

    Reset the watch and setup everything again! Took me one hour! Didn't help.

    I'm so fed up with this sh..t!

    How often do they expect one should reset and setup the software again?

    It should work without those stupid resets and they take time I don't have and I don't want to spent.

    Im totally finished with this garbage software from Garmin and their extremely not helpful support!

    That's absolutely the worst customer support one can get!

  • Well, why doesn't Garmin support take care of me as a customer to solve the problem?

    Is that so complicated? Making a call to talk about how to find a solution together with the customer?

    For a 800 € device it's not fair how I am treated. So tell me, how to solve all those issues I have!
