Epix Pro (Gen 2) no ECG on 16.22 - how do I get ECG back?

What’s the status update with seeing ECG while on 16.22? I have Epix Pro (Gen 2) and I need to get ECG back some way, some how.  Garmin, can you please advise ASAP?

    Recovery when the ECG App goes MIA on the Garmin Epix watch
      
    Initially the ECG app on the Epix watch was ready and operational out-of-the-box after the first setup for both smartphone Garmin Connect app and Epix watch.  At some point later the ECG app disappeared from the Epix watch menu and the Activities & Apps listing. 
    After you become with familiar with the Garmin Connect app menus on the smartphone AND  on the Epix watch, these are the steps it took to re-establish ECG app operation:
    1) verify watch OS latest version; (e.g. v 16.22)
    2) verify your login profile for garmin.com indicates country location is United States;
    3) redo the Bluetooth pairing connectivity between Epix watch and Garmin Connect smartphone app (clear previous Epix device in “My Devices” within the smartphone “Settings” (iPhone)
    4) verify WiFi established for both Epix watch and the smartphone (without VPN connection); 
    5) verify “Set Up ECG App” appears in the “Finish Setup” menu of the smartphone Garmin Connect app. 
    — If “Set Up ECG App” is in the “COMPLETED” list, reboot both the Epix watch and the smartphone (ECG app re-appears properly in both the EPIX watch and the smartphone Garmin Connect app) 
    — If “Set Up ECG App” is in the “RECOMMENDED” list, proceed with its setup; 
    — If “Set Up ECG App” is not listed even after rebooting, call Garmin product support.
    It appears the Epix ECG app operation depends on multi-connections not merely between the watch and the smartphone Garmin Connect app (Bluetooth). The WiFi connect (Internet) for both devices is required with the cloud based Garmin.com server due to the following setups:
    a) establish a login on Garmin.com do declare location is United States
    b) assure Bluetooth pairing connectivity between watch and smartphone Garmin Connect app
    c) assure WiFi connectivity for both smartphone and watch without a VPN
