Epix Pro 2 (gen2) sleep tracking is crap!!!!

When do you fix sleep tracking issues?

It's the worst sleep tracking I ever had.

 Even my old Mi Band 2 for 20 bucks was mauch better than this crap!

My old galaxy watch 4 was great in sleep tracking.

The Epix tracks a light sleep when I am sitting on the couch. The Galaxy watch never did that.

A 20 bucks Mi band 2 could do much better than a 1000 bucks garmin Epix Pro (gen 2).

Why???????

    Yes, ok, that's principally right.

    But please accept, that there are a lot of people having problems. Might be someone has solved some of the issues and can help new users. 

    As far for now I had to solve all software issues on my own. The support was no help at all. And some people in the forum just tell me they have no issues, some with totally other watches, and they claim everything is allright, great help. Thank you!

    I have stated as an example that it tracks sitting on the couch as sleep in the setup time window.

    I am also wondering why one has to setup this time window at all. Samsung manages to track sleep without that at all and correctly.

    So tell me, what I am doing wrong!

    Accurate sleep at all. It's annoying when you sit on the couch and next day the watch tells you that it was light sleep.

    Also, when you wake up early and want to sleep longer the morning report starts. In my opinion the watch should track sleep without any setup time windows. For me that's not useful because I have another sleep rhythm on weekends.

    Do you use the Epix Pro. Remember that it has a new software.

    I am just interested about all the people attacking me and others for their posts that sleep tracking doesn't work well, ARE YOU REALLY USING THE EPIX PRO GEN2?

    PLEASE ANSWER WITH YES OR JUST STOP COMPLAINING THAT PEOPLE WHO USE IT ARE WRONG ABOUT HAVING ISSUES WITH IT!

    It's beautiful that it works for fenix 5 or fenix 6 pro or whatever, but that's not the Epix Pro gen 2!!!

    I did, they already told me that software issues is not their problem for all the issues I had at the start.

    The longer I use it the more things doesn't seem to work.

    Why don't you tell me that you use an Epix Pro gen 2?
