New Epix pro with green screen?!

Hi, I just received my new Garmin Epix Pro Sapphire and the screen is green?!

Any suggestion or is this a faulty device?

No, its also at boot-up and the screen is distorted as you can see.

It can still be green-shift. I just tested and except for the very first splash screen it is also green during startup if System>Display>General Use>Green Shift == on

First splash is also green and the screen is distorted. Even after a factory reset still the same issue. Came green out of the box and had an barely readable intro to connect to Garmin connect app.

First I recommend updating the software version using Garmin Express on a computer. You can download this here: Garmin Express.
If there is no change, I would recommend a factory reset using these steps:

Hello. I’m experiencing the same issue. Does the factory reset actually solve it? I’ve just spent considerable time setting things up so would rather not lose that information.

Factory reset is really used as a last effort to resolve the concern. Yes, this can sometimes resolve an unusual issue. However if there is no change after the reset, the device likely needs to be replaced.

You can use the backup/restore option as well to help restoring your settings: Using the Back Up and Restore Feature on Select Garmin Watches
