Epix 2 start button not working

Hi, my start button does not work anymore with my Epix 2 - what can i do to fix this? or must i send it to Garmin South Africa to fix? This means that I can’t start any activity which renders the watch useless…. (I stay in South-Africa)

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with the button. If you have not already, I would recommend cleaning the button. For this, submerge the watch in warm/clean water for 10 minutes. Then remove and press the button repeatedly. If there is no change in the behavior of the button, I would contact local Product Support here:
