TSS/IF scores different between Garmin Connect and TrainingPeaks for same activity

Hello,

Has anyone who uploads their activities to TrainingPeaks noticed that TP gives different TSS and IF scores than those calculated by Garmin Connect using the TP algorithms?

With an IF of 1.59 for 30 minutes, I would suggest that your FTP is recorded wrong in at least on of the apps - most likely TP.

Hi, thanks for your reply!

I've done an indoor cycling workout with a trainer with power meter (always calibrated), it was a sprint / anaerobic workout, so I think it's not entirely out of the question.

It still looks a bit strange to be honest. Your NP for this session is around 270. An IF of 1.7 means an FTP of 169. Doesn’t really add up. I‘m with mcalista, the FTP in TP seems to be setup wrongly.
