16.18 Sleep Detection Issues?

Since I updated to 16.18 three days ago, sleep detection has been consistently wrong. It detects sleep start an hour or two after I have gone to sleep, and this has been consistent over the three nights since the update.

Anyone else experiencing the same?

    I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with the Sleep recording. Thank you for testing the BETA software. For this, I would recommend trying some initial troubleshooting steps to resolve this. 

    • Is the HR data recording throughout the night? If not, be sure to check the sleep mode settings in the watch:
      1. Hold the Menu button
      2. Select System
      3. Select Sleep Mode
      4. Ensure Battery Saver is disabled here
    • If you have not already, I would also recommend a hard reset. For this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power this on again. 

    If there is no change, I would recommend reporting this, or adding impact in the BETA bug report forum thread here.
