Hi I’m having an issue with my Epix Gen2 Saphire touch screen.
when I wake the screen either by pressing a button or double tapping the screen awakens as expected however if I then try to swipe up/down or tap to read notifications or enter any of the data screens nothing happens.
if I then press the down button followed by the back button to return to the main click face the touch screen starts working as expected.
Im also experiencing non responsive back button activity about 80% of the time.
this is my second device and is only just over 1 year old, as the first had to be replaced within 6months after the screen stopped working following one surf session! Pretty disappointing performance for such an expensive watch marketed as being an ultra rugged device!
