If You Cannot Sign-Up For Our Public Beta Program - Post in this thread

If you receive an error when signing-up to our Public Beta Software Program, please post in this thread. We are able to resolve most sign-up issues.

When posting in this thread, you can also flag me using the @ symbol followed by Garmin-Laurie.

Please note: If your Epix 2 series watch is the SE Asia/APAC version, you will not be able to sign-up your watch due to unique aspects of your watch software.

I can't exit the beta! I joined and got my watch updated to 16.13 but as it doesn't support ECG on beta I exited beta but i can't get my watch to roll back to stable :/

It won’t roll back to stable by itself. Read the instructions in the beta forum about how to roll back to public release.

Hello Hus,

You will need to manually roll the software version back to 15.77. And this will factory reset the watch. You can find the steps for rolling the software back at the bottom of the page here: SW version 15.77 Since BETA removed the ECG feature. So you will likely need to readd this.
