There’s no such thing as ‘British’ English. There’s only English. All the rest are variants on English.
Well, if I just put English, I would be told that the device already has that, but it has American English that is named "English".
So you're advocating for customization for localization... but with misspellings.

Garmin should also add Queens English, Middle English and throw in Klingon as well for good measure. There are far more important things in life to get frustrated about.
Quite a few apps and devices can be either set to British or U.K. English as apposed to American English or have regional variations for language.
