Call Garmin Support.

Can't you just use the up/down buttons?
Exactly, not possible
I had this same issue. The auto scroll of the numbers made it impossible for me to easily set the hour or minutes. Oddly I was however able to access the alarms via a different way and that was functional. So, what I did that worked was call support. However to try this you wont have to. Simply go into the wheel where you see the alarm, then center left click and remove the alarm. Then add the alarm again. Oddly this worked. I understand that this would appear to simply be a launch icon and deleting it should not change the overall function of the program. BUT... it did. try this and you may find that it works.
What a strange bug. And how your workaround worked (also to me, just now) is also strange…thanks!
My epix started doing this today in the timer feature that i use daily. Please could you help by explaining what garmin support did and how i can fix?
The scroll up button to the left of the watch was stuck. I discovered as i tried to turn the watch off and it was unresponsive. I bought this watch only 3 months ago. They are not at all close to inexpensive and this is completely unacceptable.
Support had me go into the function of the watch where you can add or change the features that are available on the watch face when you tap the top left. They had me go into the system function and delete the watch icon on the face that you see when you tap the top left button. Then I turned off the watch and restarted it. Then I went back into the same function pages and added the clock function back and that somehow fixed it. Yes I know its just an icon that leads to the watch and timer.. I know.. but for whatever reason it worked. Good luck.
