Garmin Epix Pro Gen 2 keeps rebooting endlessly

I've been using Epix Pro Gen 2 for six months. After the function of turning on the screen with a hand-raising gesture stopped working, I turned off the watch through the menu. After this, the clock does not turn on completely. When I press the "Light" button, the initial screen with the "Epix Pro" logo appears and after 20 seconds the screen turns off for 4 seconds, after which the screen with the "Epix Pro" logo turns on again for 20 seconds and then the screen turns off again for 4 seconds. This cycle repeats for several hours. When you press and hold the "Light" button, the watch turns off completely. When connected to a computer, neither Garmin Express nor WebUpdater detects the watch.

Please tell me how to solve this problem.

Sorry, but how did you manage to do a factory reset if it is in a constant boot loop?

Mine started boot looping this morning when I started an activity. Have tried all the measures I could find - soft reset, hard reset, while on charger and without. No help and the watch is currently unusable.

Hellloooooo Garmin? Seems this is a major issue affecting all types of Garmin watches. Some form of communications regarding how you'll fix our expensive watches would be a good PR move...

Seems like a really major widespread issue. I managed to connect mine to Garmin Express, unfortunately there is no option to perform a Factory Reset. I only tried to uninstall and reinstall some maps, but that did not help.

At least 6 models affected and they are stuck in boot loops. I phoned Garmin and they said they are aware of the issue and it’s priority one. Multinational multi series issue.
If you have time phone them up and get added to the email list for a fix when it comes. Otherwise it’s a sit and wait unfortunately.

I have the same problem. Was a beta participant. After the map display was cut off in the upper area with firmware version 20.xx, I reverted to version 19.41. Epix ran stable for 24 hours, suddenly only rebooting.
