Tracking progress in strength training

Hi all,

Using the epix 2 for strength training and I'm finding it frustrating that it doesn't track the progression on workouts, for example:

On 'workout1', il up my load, or reps, via the watch during the workout.. that works great however, when I next do 'workout1' it doesnt see the new values. 

Is there a way around this?
