Epix Pro Sapphire 47mm gps problem

Hi! I think that gps never worked actually.... I went back to all my activities with Epix and none had map loaded.... 

Hi, use Garmin Express on a computer, then go outside and select Run activity to check for GPS signal.

if ok, then scroll down until the map is on screen.

I just did it... No gps... GPS chipset still 0.00

I had the same issue when I first got the Epic Pro - Garmin replaced the watch.  

I will call tomorrow, but I read a lot of bad reviews.... I'll give it a try....

I’m in the U.S. and have always had good luck with Garmin customer support. In this case, support helped me troubleshoot the watch for a bit over the phone but eventually concluded that the watch needed to be replaced.  I opted to use my credit card so they would send out a replacement right away then credit me back when they got the bad one back.
