Garmin Pay

Has any one used Garmin pay . Used Apple Pay a lot , not sure which cards work with Garmin pay .

Does it same way as Apple Pay just tap and pay .

Yes and no, I have used it but it has different details. Apple pay is the same as using your bank card. Garmin pay is limited to max 250€ per day and a max nr of transactions. So I would say that how to use it is the same, but the rest not.

Absolutely no one knows what garmin pay, when I use my watch to pay with Garmin pay. I just ask if they accept apple pay and it's always works.

Are you sure on that? In the US, transactions using garmin pay are limited by what your bank has in place as if you weren't using garmin pay. So no, garmin pay system doesn't limit you to a daily transaction limit, it's your bank that does-if at all.

One card to rule them all - Curve

Awesome approach and Curve card accepted by Garmin Pay. I have several non-supported cards behind Curve including my Apple Card.

apple pay, garmin pay, samsung pay are all using basically the same idea as far as I can tell. They produce some sort of psuedo card number that they transmit to the POS device and then have backend relationships with the banks.

apple pay is just as unlike using your bank card as garmin is.

garmin pay works on tap to pay POS devices. I've not encountered a tap to pay POS that won't take garmin and I don't see any reason to think they exist.

Notably for me synchrony isn't on the list, so my prefered card won't work.
