[Insights/DSW questioning] Garmin, you ok?

We all know that Garmin has so many different metrics and not all of them communicate with all of them and many times it can be a real mess to understand which one should be followed (yeah yeah..."follow you're body and how you feel and not a watch").

First one just to start with something that i was not expecting but is not all that strange.

I understand that 80 is not an awesome score but stress was bad and deep sleep too...resting HR higher by 3-5 beats but it's still pretty decent just because i didn't move too much? Smiley

Now the fun starts:

I guess i should take it easy today....

Yeah, i'm also "Strained" due to low HRV in the last 2 days. I guess my session should definitely be an easy one today.

F**k you and let's do just a few VO2 Max intervals...i'm happy with it but it doesn't make sense.

To be honest, while i'm a big supporter of it, i'm starting to think that DSW doesn't work anymore.

There is another thing that is bugging me for a while.

I have the long-run set on Sunday and my weekend is usually a bit overwhelming as i try to do double sessions on Saturday and Sunday so with Sunday being, most of the time, a short run i was trying to understand it but it's Monday and the watch can't know that i will do something extra on those 2 days and still the weekly overview of DSW is the following:

It's also not the first time that i'm seeing a "Base" run longer than 60 minutes on days different than Sunday...usually, it happened on Mondays and, again, i was trying to understand it because the weekend was pretty tough...because i did a short run on Sunday instead of the long one, etc etc but it doesn't make any sense now.

I don't have any race set.

15.76 after all the betas that were released.

Soft reset done, as usual, after each update.

Load is balanced.

Acute load optimal(on the lower side but still optimal).
