Flashlight strobe with Treadmill, but not able to disable

Ive not been using my epix pro (v15.76) on a treadmill before, but when testing it yesterday the flashlight started to flash. I can't see any Flashlight strobe setting in Treadmill settings.

Where can I control it and disable it? Or is it a bug?

First of all your recommendations fixed my watch from having the strobe turn on during the treadmill activity. However after my watch reset and I tested the treadmill activity and the strobe was off.

I’m not sure how to do that. I can tell you I’ve never changed anything in the settings for treadmill activity. It has to be a setting someplace else that’s causing this bug. I agree it’s a pain after you reset to defaults. Very time consuming

Thanks for the tip that the flashing only occurs after sunset/before sunrise.

Tested today that it's easy as a workaround to set the time manually to be when sun is up. (We dont have so much day time here at the moment.)

Its also easy to replicate this bug at the day and just set the time manually to before sunrise.

No. The feature is not part of indoor activities since it is a safety feature meant for being outdoors and needing to alert others of your presence.

Since the full reset resolved the issue, please reset your watch at some point. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the easy fix in the bug report. It seems that the activity restore resolves the issue.
