EPIX 2 Firmware files - where to get them?

Hi everyone,

My family has been using top Garmin Watches for multiple years now and really appreciate the ability for them to work, to acceptable for us levels, "offline".
I do not need to sync, nor using the app, since the EPIX 2, for example, gives me all the data, on the watch, enough to appreciate it.

However, back in the days I could download the Firmware (via Beta file). Today I'm pushed to use Express or the App to update the firmware (my current EPIX 2 - 13.22 one is pretty buggy).
That does not work for me - as such I would like to ask where can I download the latest Firmware for EPIX 2, 6S Pro as well as 6X PRO?
Can someone (Garmin?) help me with direct links?
I have 4 top Garmin watches in my family and we all like to stay "offline" when it comes to most crucial health data.

We no longer provide direct links but we have a Beta Software Program. Even if you do not join it to receive Beta software early each quarter and report bugs experienced, but if you stay on top of what engineering posts in our Beta Fenix 7 family Announcements forum, you will find what you are looking for but only if you watch closely each quarter.

Have you tried to configure WiFi and check for software update directly on the watch (system>Software update)

I just want the firmware file to update it as I did years before myself manually. I do not understand why Garmin do not post the files and instead wants me to do it via Express etc. It works just fine manually. That's all I'm asking for.

Try it. You have to adapt. Things has changed. New watch, new software, new methods, garmin trying to streamline their beta handling.

If you can update directly on the watch, without syncing your health information, then I don't see a problem.

I bought Garmin because they have that excellent, not pushing at least in the past any online part.

I just want my 13.22 firmware bug of showing that is slept 120 or 60 or 50 hours to go away. On everything else I'm happy what the watch is telling me and how, offline.

It is a 1 min effort for Garmin to give me a link to Firmware in return of me paying 1000€ for their watch and another 2500€ that my family owns.

If that "support" is the new normal then I'm not sure anymore if Garmin was a good choice. Like how much effort does it take to give a link to firmware.

It doesn't stay connected online, it only connects to WiFi when you actively ask it to check for software.

Hi, 13.22 is not Live nor available through the last Beta Phase...

You should contact Garmin Support, here it's a forum, a great tool for us but not the same service like your Regional Support. We should take care of this tool (forum) because it's a great space compared to many vendors today.
