How do I REMOVE this ECG and it's two step authorization ????
1. The ECG is not really that good.
2. The two step authorization every time I log in is a TOTAL annoyance

Whatever the case, I have gone back to using my AWU, and have my Epix Pro 51mm up for sale on Facebook market place.
We wish you the best going back to your Apple watch. I hope your Epix Pro will sell…
Hi! Yep, I did it myself. Now I understand that this is because of regulations. However, I was not aware that it will be permanent 2FA. Probably it was written somewhere, but who really read all those…
Yes. While I was setting up my ECG, the screen for 2FA explained this was a permanent/irreversible choice ...
I have since learned, it is a governmental regulatory requirement.
Wow, this could easily have been me. I'm usually a sucker for installing every new feature the minute it comes out. I did install the ECG on my Epix Pro, but when I saw that "permanent" label on the two-step verification, I thought twice about it and didn't enable the ECG on my Garmin Connect. I absolutely hate MFA. So now I have the ECG on my watch, but not on Garmin Connect. I can run the ECG and see the results, but I can't see the graph on my phone or save it or export it.
Am I ever glad that for once I didn't jump on installing a new feature. This sounds like it could be difficult to undo. Having said that, if it really does break all the third party links, I'm sure Garmin will figure out a way to resolve it. That isn't going to fly for a lot of people.
Was there somewhere a clear hint from Garmin, that the user can’t disable 2FA after it is enabled for using ecg? Even Garmin-Chris thought the user would be able to disable it.
How did you remove the ECG?
Yes. While I was setting up my ECG, the screen for 2FA explained this was a permanent/irreversible choice ... and that's why I clicked the Skip button. As a result, my ECG is working on watch but the results are NOT stored in Garmin Connect. Oh well, glad I don't have the annoying 2FA that others are now complaining about.
