I try to connect my watch to garmin express and it's not working. When I connect it it start charging but nothing with Garmin Express...Can anyone help me please?

Your Mac OS will not see your watch in the Library but Garmin Express should still see it when plugged in.

Steps to Try:

- Clean the rear contacts of your watch using isopropyl alcohol.

- Check the ends of your charging/data cable and ensure all 4 pins are nice and straight.

- If you have ever bought any 3rd party cables, it might be a charging only cable and not a charging/data cable.

- Try using another computer to troubleshooting your Mac.

- Try using another cable to troubleshooting your cable going bad.

If all else has failed and it appears to be your watch is the culprit and not your computer or cable, be sure to reset you watch to default settings through your System > Reset menu and test again. If your watch still cannot connect to multiple computers, your watch will need to be exchanged. Please reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region.
