Course Doesn't Display When using LiveTrack

What type of activity, run, trail run, something else? Being public or not shouldn't matter. 

Hi it's a run, I didn't think being public should matter, but it was something else I wanted to try 

I tried several different scenarios and could not get my live track to NOT show the course. I'm also epix Gen 2 w/ 14.68.

Maybe something specific to your course? Do all your courses have the same issue?

Thanks, that's both encouraging and a little annoying at the same time!

All the courses have the same issue, they're usually either pulled across from Strava, or uploaded via gpx created by plot a route .com. this morning I created a quick one in the Garmin app, but this still had the same issue.

I'm running Android, but don't think that should make a difference.

Have the same issue. Also Gen 2 with 14.68.

Course is not shown on map nor in activity summary. I would appreciate any further suggestions. It did work in the past.

When Garmin released this feature, included in what they called Livetrack 2.0, there was a bug that hindered the course to be displayed if it contained international characters.

Is that bug back? Do your course names contain non English characters? I never found out if it was a watch or backend problem.

No, no non English characters in mine, there were spaces, but I've just done one without and that doesn't work either.
