There was a thread by this same name and it's been locked.
I and others reported steadily dropping HRV the past 3 to 4 weeks, some on beta, some on released 14.36.
I continue to see this since early Sept. It's now the lowest it's ever been.
I'm curious if anyone else who posted still sees declines. I run pretty much the same distance at the same pace 3 days a week. My HR and pace during this time are the same, or a little improved. I feel fine. It seems odd my HRV would continue to drop but nothing else changes.
