Weather data. Current temp and forecast high/low temp later during the day.

Thank you, I actually thought about it, those temps on the bottom could be accurate.. but the one on top is just impossible.. so I'm not confident that it means the current temp.

On mine it's spot on. 

Your current temperature numbers do look strange. Would it make sense if there were a 1 in front of the 3? Something in the software is cutting of the first digit?

Maybe you are right, it would make sense at least.

Current temperature should fall somewhere between low and high, and there is no doubt that those current temperature values are way wrong (of 10 ºC at least).

The current temperature does not need to be between the H - L= ranges. The ranges are a forecasts and oftentimes the actual is outside the forecast ranges, Although yours do seem vastly different.

The weather widget seems to work fine, even though the current temperature does not fall between min and max

The numbers are only as current as the last update from the phone. I find they frequently ’correct’ shortly after accessing MR when a fresh update has been made. 

That doesn't feel right. Do you see how two of my screenshots showed 3 ºC ?

That's just way too low, even for a poor weather forecast service. Just a few minutes ago, it was 32ºC and in the morning in this season it drops to 15 (when it's particularly cold). 

3 is just impossible
