Max zoom level exceeded downloading satellite maps...

I'm trying to download satellite maps for the Northeast USA with Outdoor+ and I am running into a max zoom level exceeded error about three clicks out from my current location at a whopping 57mb... I have 16gb free. The zoom level it's allowing me is more or less useless. It's about a square 5 miles.

I’m experiencing the exact same issue with my garmin epix pro 51mm. Have tried resetting and formatting + rebooting with no success. Has anyone found a fix!?!?

I worked with their support. This is how it works… totally useless. I got a refund.

I got the same error but then I found out, that it would download if I zoomed further in.

I try, but only for 50km

over the map disappear...
