Epix 2/Epix Pro updated to v14.31 but no "Red Shift" feature

If your watch shows a successful update to the new Quarter 3 official software update to v14.31 but you are missing the new "Red Shift" feature on your watch in your System > Display menu - please highlight my name and send me a Private Message. I will work with you directly to resolve your issue.

Have you looked din Settings, System, Display? I see it there. And can be addd as Control from Settings, Appearance, Controls, Add.

Hi, it was solved when I entered the beta program. Before that the watch showed a different version than the app. Thank you for your answer.

Hi...just checked it...its only 12.74....when I set the watch up this morning.. I thought it did a software update ....I'm thinking it didn't by that low figure ....for a 16.something available....…

Hi, I have the same problem with my epix gen2. Can't download komoot, it tells me to update, which I have done.

Your Epix 2 shows fully updated to the current v15.74 Beta software since your watch is part of the Beta program. If you continue to have an issue, it might mean that Komoot is only looking for the official software versions only. IE: v14.68 is the current official and the new v15.xx official version will be released very soon.

I too bought an Epix 2ng gen...and went looking for the red shift as I am a night photographer and want to reduce glare on shoots. But its nowhere to be found....not in setting or elsewhere!

I know this is a pretty old thread, but I've got an Epix Gen 2 I've been wearing for almost 3 years and thought I was going crazy because I couldn't find the red shift option to add to the controls menu or a hot key. I do have it during sleep, but I don't have it at all otherwise.

For reference, I'm running 18.12 firmware, so it should have been enabled ages ago. Any idea what's going on? I do have green shift, but red shift is nowhere to be found.
