is 14.31 public since today?

Nothing from Garmin that I can see. Are you sure you’re not enrolled in the beta program. 

Got an update too this morning but it just said ‘Updated to 13.22’ which it was already on. (I’m not in the Beta)

I also received an update message this morning. It was just something small and there was no version change either. I am in the beta program and had already downloaded the current version yesterday. I don't know what else has been added today.

i am in Beta, but 14.31 Beta was installed 3 days ago and today update to 14.31 again, without Beta-Symbol

There have been occasional updates such as time zones etc that install without indication and without changing the underlying firmware. You’ve experienced one of them. There’s a Magnetic DB update doing the rounds.

Here a few minutes ago 14.26 (no Beta) was offered and installed ... without prior notice ...

they rolled out the OTA version.
