I am having an issue with my Epix Pro (Gen 2) with elevation. My house is at about 420 and the watch is currently showing 228. I have tried to calibrate the elevation and have tried both the DEM and GPS. Either one states, "Wait for GPS." and then shortly shows, "GPS signal is stronger outside, away from trees and tall buildings." I have tried this outside of my house, and away from the houses and trees in an open area.
I also tried this at another location 5 miles from my house in an open area. It would not work. I had also tried this before updating the software this AM. Same result before or after the update. I have also turned off my watch and back on. No help. Wondering if anyone has suggestions? The watch is approximately two months "old" purchased from REI and until now has seemed to work fine (although I don't wear it everyday or use some of the GPS functionality each time I wear it).
