Fitness tracking of multiple activities during one workout

I apologize in advance if this question has been asked and answered (I’ve not been able to find an answer).

Is there a way to track/log multiple activities during one workout and/or pause one workout and start another?

For example the CrossFit Murph…Run a mile, pull-ups, push-ups, air squats, and finish with another mile run. The only way I know how to record this kind of workout is to time my run, stop/save…start a HIIT workout for the pull-ups, push-ups, squats, stops/save…and finish with timing my run for the last mile.

The only other way I’ve been trying it is to just keep it in run mode the entire workout, but I was hoping for a better more accurate method.

There’s gotta be a better way than the way I’m currently doing it. I’ve played around in the HIIT section to see if I could create this workout or by chance find it preprogrammed with no luck.

The Murph is only an example. I do a lot of workouts that include cardio sections like rucking or running, along with body weight sections.  I’m assuming I’m not the only one and hope to learn from your experiences.

Thanks!!
