Wrist gesture is slow. No apps/watchfaces installed except stock ones. Is this normal?

Not normal.  here is mine.. VERY sensitive.. 

Idk why mine takes so long. Restart several times and already did a reset

What OS version is it running?

Did you just buy the watch?  Was it new?  Have you done a "hard" reset?

1 week ago but first time i noticed it sunday. Was new from amazon. I already reset it twice

To reset all of the watch settings to the factory default values and delete all user-entered information and activity history, select Delete Data and Reset Settings.

And turned it several times off an on

If I use it several times fast the screen turns on much faster. But if i dont look at my watch for about 5 min it has always that delay

Try this..  press and hold light button until it shuts off and when screen goes off, keep holding for about 5sec more than release.  Then, power on.  See if that helps.

Confirm that watch is set to left wrist in Garmin Connect.

turn gesture mode off. go back to watch face.   Then, go back and turn it back on.  then go back and see if that helps.

Also..  I used to think that Garmin for fills Amazon orders..  (they don't).  They come from resellers.  So, there is always the possibility of getting one that was returned already or has an issue.  I would order directly from Garmin.com.  So, if it were me...  I would order a new one now on Garmin, then when it comes compare to the one you have.. once you see it is better than return the Amazon one :-)
