rubber bands for arms and shoulders
the detection its not accurate even when stop watch between exercises!
tried strength and cardio
should i try another one to improve the detection?

watch only really works well for basic exercises - anything more complex it can struggle - hence garmin gives you an option to adjust in the app/web post activity.
Also turning off auto set and using lap button can aid the watch.
Rep count / exercise detection - very important to get the start and finish position correct and form of exercise to get good detection of reps and exercise (when possible).
