topoactive map for epic Gen 2 non pro version

I was recently browsing dcrainmaker's review of epix pro (www.dcrainmaker.com/.../garmin-epix-pro-in-depth-review-now-in-three-sizes.html and I noticed that TopoActive China Mainland is available for download in epix pro (as shown in the screenshot) which I've never seen in epix non pro version!

I'm wondering if this is exclusive to epix pro or if it will be available for all versions.

For my Epix non Pro there was an update in Garmin Express the other day, something like "map zones", could maybe have something to do with it? Haven't plugged it in after that though...

China ML is there but I couldn't find any changes regarding Europe areas.
