Hola.
Entiendo que cuando me quite el reloj de la muñeca, los leds del sensor de pulso pueden apagarse. Lo mismo sucede cuando me pongo una correa HRM y el reloj está en mi muñeca. El sensor debe estar apagado en ambos casos.
Bueno, mi Epix Pro 51 siempre tiene un led encendido, como se puede ver en la foto. Además, este led no es uno de los pares que leen el pulso.
Entiendo que esto no es normal.

    Hello. I understand that when I take the watch off my wrist, the pulse sensor leds may turn off. The same thing happens when I wear an HRM strap and the watch is on my wrist. The sensor must be off in both cases. Well, my Epix Pro 51 always has a led on, as you can see in the photo. Also, this led is not one of the pairs that read the pulse. I understand that this is not normal.

    Do you have Garmin Pay set up on the watch? If so, the watch will leave the LED on even with a chest strap connected if you've used Garmin Pay in the last few hours, as a security feature to detect if you take the watch off (so it knows whether or not it should require PIN code entry again).

    But normally when you take the watch off, the LED's should turn off after a short time. If yours isn't, then try rebooting the watch and see if that helps.

    Aupa! Yo tengo el Epix 2(no pro) y me pasa exactamente lo mismo. Tengo Garmin Pay instalado y activado, por si te sirve referencia.
