Screen brightness inconsistency, or something else?

Greetings.  First, I know a photo would be best...  but the challenge is to try and get the perfect exposure to show what I am talking about, so I am going to try to explain it best I can and see if anyone can take a look at theirs to compare.  The Garmin store is over an hour away from me, so would like to avoid that trip if possible...

Part of me thinks everything is fine and its just a programming error..(or subjective choice), but I also am not sure and could be a problem with the amoled screen..

I noticed in several of the watch faces that feature "hash marks" around the dial, that the ones at the 9 and 3 position seen to be brighter vs. the others around the dial.  Not by much, but enough to see a difference.  This was especially noticeable in red shift mode.

Then, I just loaded a watch face that has the white text all around the dial with the different metrics and I see that the data at the 9 and 3 are a bit more "white" and bright vs. the data at the 11, 1, 5 and 7 positions.  This is noticed when the AOD is on, and it is dim.  It was seeing this that makes me think there is a small issue with consistency of the screen.

If you go and check and just glance down, you won't see what I mean.  You need to be in a dark room and really look at them carefully to see what I am talking about.  I admit that I never would have noticed either, but I was lying in bed trying to fall asleep the other night and was looking at the watch face close up.  This is when at first, I thought I was seeing things, LOL, then looked closely the following day and I can see a difference for sure.

If its just a programming thing, or something on the watch face that it is supposed to be like that, then I don't care.   But, if its a sign there is already something up with the screen... then, that's not good and I need to make a return soon.

Anyway, it's probably not a big deal and I doubt anyone would ever even notice (unless they were really studying the watch face).  But I did and want to see if it's just my unit or others.

EDIT - I also wanted to ask, I notice some very weird lines on the display when I have the body battery graph displayed on the watch face (bottom).  and the screen goes full brightness (like in a sunny situation), they appear to the right of the graph.  Not sure if that is by design or some kinda bug.  But, you cant see them when dim.. so, makes no sense to me.

Photos attached.  The TOD is much dimmer vs where it says SET time.    The 9 oclock data matches the SET time seen here, and the rest of the data matches the dimmer TOD.
