Hi,
I was trying to read about this here on the forum as well as searching on google, but didnt found any concrete answers, so i though I give a try.
So:
- Sleep schedule is not something works for me (long story to explain), but I still would love to use sleep tracking.
- I know that sleep schedule cant be turned off, so I set it to 1 minute from 12.00-12.01 noon.
- What I assumed: that if i add Sleep Mode to the control or even to one of thw buttons and manually turn it on and off, I solved the problem and I manually set sleep times which whitin garmin track my sleep. This would also solve the "during the day nap times" problem as well.
- I set sleep display the same like normal one, so minimize visual impact of the sleep schedule.
Questions:
1) Can you help me to confirm, that my assumption is right? I mean using manual Sleep mode on/off would truly makes garmin track sleep during this time?
2) In case an activity happen in the period, where I set the 1 minute sleep schedule, so sleep schedule automatically happen eg while I am having a running activity, does it disturb any of the activity data recorded or interfere with the activity execution ?
I forgot to mention I have an Epix Pro if that matters.
