Low battery alert after turning sleep mode off

Hi all,

I have ’Low Battery Alert’ set to 5 days, but my Garmin, every time I turn sleep mode off, says Low Battery and asks me if I want to enable Battery Saver. I still have 15 days of battery life left. Do you know what is causing this? I restarted watch and it is still happening. It happens every morning when I turn sleep mode off and I can’t figure out where is the problem. Watch is Epix Pro. Thanks

Are you on FW 13.22? Did you do a reset where you hold the light button down, past the accident assistance? Are you using Pulse Ox at night?

Just reset it now, and no joy. Software is 13.22, no Ox turned on.

Has it been happening since you've had it? Might be a hardware glitch, turn it over and get a warranty replacement.
