Cannot upgrade software, cannot install watch faces, cannot sign-up for Beta

Brand new gen 2 epix pro. 3 issues:

(1) Can't seem to upgrade past software version 12.75. I've been checking for an update for nearly a week now since I got the watch.

(2) I can't install any watch faces as it says I need to upgrade my watch through Garmin Express. Note: I don't have a Mac or PC, only the Garmin Connect app on my Android phone sync'd to the device, which I imagine should work for this purpose.

(3) On the online Connect site under my device there is no device settings where I can sign-up for the beta software.

Hoping someone can help, kind of frustrated. Thanks!

Easiest thing would be to connect to a computer and use Garmin Express. However, if that's not possible as you suggest contact your retailer if close, or Garmin Connect

Also the watch about says:

- Software Version: 12.75

- Host: 12.75

- CIQ: 4.2.0

I verified I have wifi working on the watch.

1,2) Can take a while for GCM to update a new watch. Have you tried from the watch directly over WiFi (Settings, System, Software Update)?

Pro series watches will not be able to join the beta program until the first beta release of the next software cycle. Might be tomorrow or next week. Only Garmin know and they won't say.
