Epix pro gen 2 software update

I got my Epix Pro Gen 2 today. I have a problem with installing / updating the software for the watch. It always says that (translated to english) "There was a problem while communicating with or servers". Is that a known problem?

Update: I wasn't able to update the software of the watch with my main computer but it worked when connecting the watch to my notebook.
