Epix Pro Software version number with an asterisk in the end - what does it mean ?

software version may not have updated correctly. On the watch check system - about. 1st page should have 13.22. Scroll down pages until get to page with Host listed - should be 13.22. If not both the same - have an issue - need to see pinned post about this issue and how to resolve.

Could also try a reboot -as sometimes features can glitch after an update, and are generally resolved by rebooting watch.

In one of parallel threads we have also identified that the issue is that Host version is somehow different - it shows 12.74, while software version is 13.22*

Restart does not help, full reset also does not help.

Could you please tell me which pinned post you are referring to ?

There are no pinned post. I belive there were one a couple of weeks ago though.

Hi Chris - I have 13.22* as well. I don't seem to have the latest features (no red shift mode). Can you assist?

You will receive the Red Shift feature, initially a feature just released in our new Epix Pro series, in the Q3 official update once it arrives either late this month or more likely in September.

Hi Chris - I do have the Epix Pro. The host is 12.74 and sw is 13.22*. It says my software is up to date. Any ideas?
