Just received the new Epix Pro Sapphire editon today and upon the first time plugging it in the the laptop to dl updates and maps, the watch becomes weirdly unresponsive and gets stuck on the charging watchface even when unplugged??
When I reset the watch and the tried to download updates directly to the watch it gets stuck on 99%, and then the watch face goes black and the watch is completely dead. Did anybody else have any issues with their new Epix Pro??
UPDATE: After doing another reset the watch finally managed to update. Seems like it is working as it should now. Very very slow initial start on this watch.
