Hi Garmin users,
since yesterday, my epix started suddenly to go in a sort of loop between home screen and timer (I attach a video).
I made a soft reset and then it went to the “default settings loop”, a problem that I see common for epix and that I already get once (that time, I had to return the watch; current epix is my second…).
Luckily, after several attempts, I’ve been able to reset and - a part the annoying stuff for resettling everything - the watch worked till few minutes ago when problem reappered.
I went through a new soft reset, this time working with no “loop” but I don’t know if and for how long this will last…
Anyone of you had same problem? I have the long press of back button as a shortway to timer: could be here the problem? I had this since months, and never had problems. In any case I removed.
Finally, I’m very disappointed with Garmin: this is my second epix after a first replacement 6 months ago and I don’t think is normal to have all this bugs. I had an AW before for 3 years and never had a problem. My wife was evaluating to move from AW to a Venu2plus but she’s now much colder on this…
