IQ Connect (IQ Store) Won't Allow Me To Download Numerous Watch Faces To My Epix Gen 2

What software version do you have on your watch??

Correction.  Garmin Express says 8.23 but Connect says 11.28. Host is 8.23.  I have seen in other forums, this may be the problem but have no idea if that is correct or if it is, how to fix it.

Then you didn't' do it right I suspect. Remove device from Express and close out. You could go as far as uninstall GE if the watch is the only device registered. This works on macOS but if your using Windows something maybe staying behind in the registry??

When you add a device GE checks it's s/w version against the current version and sees v11.28 and says I don't need to update the device but now your device is registered with Garmin as 11.28. If it sees 8.23 you must ask yourself - where is it getting that info from? There's your issue!

Try going to:

MENU > System > Software Update

You can select Software Updates or even Install Now if that option is available.

Your watch may have downloaded the 11.28 update, but you may not have installed it.  If that's the case, Garmin Express would still show 8.23, but would not offer an update because it also sees that it is already on your watch waiting to be installed.

I have been down that path already.  I deleted the Epix, uninstalled GE and started all over again.  Unfortunately, no change but thanks again for the suggestion.

No luck.  I have Auto Update on and 11.28 is the Software version installed.  Thanks for trying to help.

PS - I have also uninstalled and reinstalled both Connect IQ and Connect.
