Spotify loads, playlist loads but cannot play Songs

Spotify installs - playlist can be loaded but when I try to play the playlist - it just stops and I cannot play any songs

Reset everything and resintalled but still the same

  • I am sorry there is an issue.

    There are a few steps you can try:

    - Soft reset: Hold down your top left button until your watch shuts off then let go of the button.

    - Reset to Defaults: On your watch go to your System > Reset menu and select Reset Default Settings.

    - On a Windows computer, directly plug your watch into the USB port. Open File Explorer then access your watch under Devices and drives. Delete only the Music folder. If you have also downloaded Podcasts, then delete the folder too.

    - Download your Spotify playlist again and test further.

  • I’ve had exact same problem, 5 times now with the same watch. Each time had to do full reset, then syncing with iPhone again also took ages. So annoyed and looking at new watch as I’d hate this to happen just before a marathon!
