French language wont load

Hello all,

After a firmware update that went wrong, I had to hard reset my Epix Gen 2 watch. Since then I'm not more able to switch from english to an other language. When I try to do that, the watch is staying on loading and nothing happen.

Any advice to correct this issue?

I am sorry there is an issue.

There are two steps you can try:

- Soft reset: hold down your top left button until your watch shuts off then let go of the button

If the behavior continues...

- Reset to Defaults: Reset your watch through your System > Reset menu.

If the loading behavior continues, please reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region.
