Hi everyone,
I briefly searched the forums but I was not able to find similar problem.
- I bought the watches yesterday and I paired them with my phone, enabled connection to twifi and tried to upgrade them through the Garmin Connect app.
- The app found no updates.
- I tried the same action on the watches and they found the 11.28 update.
- I started the update and I got "Preparing update" message.
- I left the watches to do their thing and when I came back after a while, the message was gone. I checked the version again and it was still 8.45.
- I tried again the phone app and the watches but there is no 11.28 visible...
- I tried to turn the watches off/on but still nothing.
- I updated the maps, so the connectivity works...
How do I upgrade them to the 11.28?
